Exercise Programming and Design.

Looking for the best way to get fit and strong and then stay fit and strong? Sorry, daft question. You wouldn't be here if you weren't...


There are always some great deals for gym membership all year round. You'd be a fool not to take advantage, if you haven't already of course. Whatever your needs, gym or exercise wise, in London at least there seems to be plenty of options.


But, will you make the most of that 'cheap' membership? Or are they just taking your money for nothing. After all, it's only cheap if you make the most of it and utilise that asset.


So what are your options? Classes, PT, semi private sessions, to keep that motivation up. After all you can't keep smashing out the miles on the treadmill (or stationary bike).... All of these have their positive and negative sides. Expense being the barrier at one end of the spectrum and specificity to your goals/ability at the other end.


So what to do? Perhaps a little bit of direction could help? But it has to be affordable, just another thing to pay for on top of gym memberships etc etc... So how about a programme sent to you once a month (at the beginning of the month), with perhaps the option of having someone go through the programme with you?


At the beginning of each month you'll receive in your (email) inbox a programme designed to your needs or goals - whether you want to train once, twice, three, four times or more a week. You fill in the details, the more information you give me, the more specific the workouts will be to suit your needs or goals or time available.


So for £50 a month, you'll get your programme via email. The money comes in, the email goes out - as simple as that. For an extra £20 you have the opportunity to come in to the studio and go through the programme (over the course of a 1 hour session), to make sure you understand the exercises and any progressions or alternatives along with the relevant technique and the rationale behind it.

Run Club.
