An intensive 'camp' aimed at those that want to kick start their fitness, or those who have hit a plateau and want a boost to get nearer to their goal. The programme is flexible enough to be adapted for both individuals and groups but still get results.
There are two options available. 5 days consequetively or 11 days, one of which is a rest day (after 5 days). Both programmes include and initial assessment prior to the start of the Camp. During the assessment we will not only discuss any injuries or past medical conditions that might effect the way we train, along with your goals (as individuals or groups), but also assess areas of weakness and perhaps dominance that might also cause issues.
The Camp will train you hard. You will also be given nutritional guidelines to help you reach your goals, train harder and recover quicker. The goals of the Camp are to improve the core values of your conditioning. These are - Strength, Endurance, Power, Speed and of course Flexibility.
It would be preferable for the Camp to start on a Tuesday and run through to Saturday for the 5 day option. With regard to the 11 day option, again starting on the Tuesday running to Saturday with the rest day on Sunday, starting up again on a Monday and finishing on a Friday. But please don't see this as set in stone. We are of course flexible and the way the Camp works means that we can be flexible to a point as to the timing.
All this is priced at a very reasonable £250 for the 5 day option, including the precamp assessment. The longer 11 day Camp is priced accordingly at £450, again including the initial assessment. These prices are in respect of individual participation, group prices will vary.
