Running Programmes.
The first question is; what do you want to achieve from your running?
Are you just beginning and maybe looking for a 'couch to 5k' programme? Or perhaps more experienced and just need a little guidance on how to improve your 10k or 5k tme? Or even taking on your first 10k run or even half marathon and beyond...?
Whatever you're looking to achieve we can form a plan around the time and resources you have - because let's face it, if you're given the greatest training schedule ever - if you haven't got the time to complete it then it's not going to work!
There are a plethora of generic programmes available out there, so if you've read this far then you've probably already tried one or more of them and need something more specific.

Run Club.
Every Tuesday evening we meet at 7pm. It's only £5 per session; sounds cheap, but it certainly isn't easy... Your first session is still FREE!!! Please contact me for more details - post Covid things can change! It's an hour of hard work, but it gets results!
