Your Questions, My Answers
Where does the training take place?
I have some studio space in Wandsworth, it's really central - inside Planet Organic opposite Sainsbury's. The name of the studio is Local Motion - www.localmotionstudios.com
It's easily found, just have a look at the map below but here's the address too!
52 Garratt Lane,
Obviously outside of the studio I'm flexible. Most of my clients are located in South West London or the surrounding areas. We run together around Wimbledon Common or Richmond Park, alternatively we can use a fitness studio or gym locally. There are also some clients like to stay in the surroundings of their own house or garden. That does not mean, however, that I'm not prepared to travel a bit further to make sure clients get the service they deserve.
Am I a professional trainer?
Yes. I have several industry qualifications and am also in the process of taking further qulaifications. Check out the “About Me“ page for more details on my biography.
Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that everybody, every single one of us, needs a coach/trainer/mentor/guru to motivate us at times but also to develop personalised training programmes helping to overcome barriers and achieve goals (be those physical or mental).
How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. There are some clients that I see four or five times a week, whilst others I will only see once a week.
Once I've paid for my sessions, how long are they valid for?
If you buy a 'pack' of five or ten sessions then they are valid for 6 months from the date of payment. So there is a degree of flexibility if your circumstances change mid-programme.
Every Tuesday evening we gather at 6.15/6.25pm. It's only £5 per session; sounds cheap, but it certainly isn't easy... Your first session is still FREE!!! Please contact me for more details - post Covid things can change! It's an hour of hard work, but it gets results!
