South West London - Training for Results rather than Frustration.

There's a much quoted definition of insanity as: 'doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.'


If you've got this far then you have either met me already or have been speaking to someone that knows me and you're looking for a trainer.


You've already taken a huge step forward by just asking the question - now we need to form a plan. We need to find what you what to achieve and by when you want to achieve it. Once we have fixed that goal, then we can start to progress towards it.


You might want to look fantastic for that wedding, show off on the beach or make your ex as jealous as hell next time you see them. You could be aiming to bring down your 10km run time by a couple of minutes, get through a marathon or survive your first triathlon. You might want to be strong for that skiing holiday, improve your accelaration for next season or be stronger in the contact area. Or it might just be as simple as working off that winter blanket. In all of these cases we will make the goal specific and achievable and above all measurable. In all honesty, if you don't have something to aim for then you won't achieve that something!

Individual  Sessions

One on one sessions specfically tailored to push you and help achieve your goals. We will work on your strengths and weaknesses and continually assess your progress as you attain the the goals that we have set together. Sessions generally last one hour, but flexibility is an important asset, so if we need a longer session then we will take that little bit longer.


Sessions can of course be bought individually. However a far more cost effective way may be to purchase a pack of five or ten sessions. Again, flexibility is a key word, so please feel free to ask if these options don't meet your needs. I'm sure we'll be able to find a strategy that does suit your needs.

Small Group Training Sessions


‘The road to hell is paved with good intentions’… sometimes, despite all the motivation in the world, logistics can conspire against you. Sometimes there just isn’t any way of sorting out the time to get what you want to do. How about sharing that time…?


Small Group Sessions are exactly what they say on the tin. They are like a group session except they are, er well, just smaller! Let’s say there’s a group of six of you all with no child care on the same day, but you all want to train. In this scenario you can train as two (small) groups, three of you train whilst the little ones are left with the other three (each session is approximately an hour). Then you simply swap places! At a fixed price per session (between all of you, it might be more as the numbers increase), the costs are less prohibitive and you get to train with your friends (and push them a bit harder!).



Run Club.

Every Tuesday evening we meet at 7pm. It's only £5 per session; sounds cheap, but it certainly isn't easy... Your first session is still FREE!!! Please contact me for more details - post Covid things can change! It's an hour of hard work, but it gets results!
